This spring we are going to host a half day seminar related to US patent practice. US Patent Attorney Gabriela Tomescu from Bergenstråhle & Partners will share her advice and knowledge on how to effectively argue non-obviousness in US patent applications. The seminar is aimed at practitioners familiar with European practice.
